To celebrate the 10th anniversary of its establishment, Google published a call for revolutionary ideas. They awaited ideas aiming for a nicer and better world in a total of 8 categories. The categories are: community, opportunity, energy, environment, health, eduation, shelter and "everything else".
The application submitted by the makers of the Vilagbiztonsg.hu website has achieved considerable success!

Elements of the system designed by us are represented in several categories for which users could submit their votes on the "Google Project 10 to 100th" webpage. We think that a structure capable of sustaining continuous operation should be established, which includes the categories introduced and the research of other phenomena connected to our everyday lives. The scheme built by Világbiztonság entirely covers the possible categories, furthermore, it examines issues that are of great concern to the society. We are constantly working on its implementation!
Our goal is to bring cultural values to the surface, model technological singularity, and to start the process of human cultural evolution. To examine scientific theories as well as other theses and value systems falling outside the scope of officially accepted categories. Media observation, creating civil control and adequate information organization.
Even though our theme "Technological singularity" was not represented among the categories made eligible for voting by Google, they, in accordance with our initiative, established the University of Singularity during the evaluation period. We were delighted to learn about the establishment of a University of Singularity in the USA, and are continuously working on the establishment of a Hungarian counterpart. In addition, we regard as great success the module making government operation transparent, the genocide monitoring and alert system, as well as the so called "crisis tracking system". A lite version of the latter, thanks to Hungarian developers, is in operation here.

WOWS is a Hungarian initiative that was submitted as a proposal (in each category) to Google's "Project 10 to the 100th" call. WOWS is an open (as opposed to a secret) society above politics to be established in order to provide reliable information to people. It is basically made up of two main elements:
I. Delegation: representatives of different cultures, religions, international organizations, countries and companies. The delegates continuously work together. Their work can be followed and monitored by users via the internet and traditional TV broadcast, just like in a reality show. Monitoring is continuous during working hours. The broadcast is delayed for security reasons. The society uses an application package similar to Wikipedia with necessary extensions in order to increase work efficiency.
II. Registered users who have access to the information base. Users apply a voting system (among others) to prioritize emerging topics.
The initial topics are as follows:
- Clean (renewable) energy worldwide
- Ancient knowledge, natural healing, paranormal activities and science today
- Technological singularity; Human cultural evolution
- Global threats to Earth's vital system
- Real-time world map: famine, illnesses, viri, catastrophes, etc …
The application also contains a business plan to ensure continuous sustainability. Világbiztonság will go on working on the implementation of the scheme regardless of the results of the evaluation process!
Related IT developments, together with our present status report, are available via the Planning and Development Office here. It, among others, includes the development of a software package that demonstrates, using up-to-date technology, "hidden or celestial knowledge", the connection between cultures, on the basis of material findings and artifacts on the Earth.
We are extremely grateful for the encouragement and the help offered so far for implementing the contents of the technological addendum. At the same time, because of the time factor and the complexity of the system, we would welcome and appreciate any further assistance.
Wide Open World Security - An idea for "Google Project 10 to the 100th"
WOWS is an open society beyond politics with two main elements.
The first is delegations from different cultures, religions, international organisations, countries and companies*. The delegates work together continuously. The working process can be followed and observed by internet users around the world. Monitoring, observation is continuous during the working hours as in a "Big brother-show". A delay is used in the broadcast of the "show" for security reasons. WOWS uses a system similar to that of the free online dynamic encyclopaedia: Wikipedia, to improve the efficiency of work. The information base will be approved by delegates.
The other element of WOWS is the registered users who can access the database. The users also have a voting system through which they are able to determine (influence) the priority of a certain topic emerging during work.
Some income is required from TV stations who want to use any part of the visual or text based data made by WOWS. *Companies can use the logos and trademarks of WOWS if they have delegates, they are registered, and paid for a membership fee. The main focus areas to be discussed and researched are the followings:

There is a lot of reliable information on the internet about technologically advanced ancient cultures who had also advanced knowledge about natural healing, sacred geometry, etc. There are also so many publications and videos about UFOs and paranormal symptoms, etc. Is there any secret knowledge coded into different cultures? Opinions required from the delegates!
-Technological Singularity, Human Cultural Evolution: The time for Technological singularity is here.* What we can do to be prepared? Economic aspects, potential dangers, accelerating change, human cultural evolution. Which is the best way to avoid conflicts? Opinions of religious people and scientists required!
* Technological singularity is a theoretical future point of unprecedented technological progress, caused in part by the ability of machines to improve themselves using artificial intelligence.
-Global Threats to life on Planet Earth: Dangerous meteors, comets, other celestial bodies, danger from the outer space. Information about 2012 required (the next end of the world theory).
-Online Data Analysis of the World: Everybody wants to know everything about our Planet! Up-to-date information charts, provided by WOWS. We must share bad news with people, to minimise the effects. Online world map of the following: starvation, epidemics, disease, catastrophes, big accidents, etc. (level of the displays must be defined by registered users of WOWS)
